Possible Causes:
- Too much fine materials are fed
- Uneven feeding
- The crushing bin is blocked, and the friction and wear here are aggravated due to the caking of materials on the side
Solution: Check the crushing bin every day and clean it if necessary.
Serious wear on one side of hammers
Possible Causes:
- Increase in oversize aggregate due to improper setting of c.s.s
- Equipment not parked horizontally
- The material level of feeder is too low
Solution: The equipment shall be placed horizontally, fed continuously and provided with proper discharge gap to reduce the content of oversize aggregate.
Serious wear on the middle area of hammer
Possible Causes:
- The feeding of crushing bin is insufficient, and the feeding materials are rough and large
- Uneven feeding
Solution: Feed the crusher continuously, change the parameter setting of feeder, check the excavator and wheel loader.

- The hammer is not applicable to the working condition
- Feed material contains unbreakable material
