What Are Chrome Blow Bars?

Chrome blow bars are made from high-chromium cast iron or steel alloys, with chromium content typically ranging from 12% to 28%. The addition of chromium significantly enhances the material’s hardness, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance. The microstructure of chrome blow bars often includes a matrix of hard, wear-resistant carbides dispersed in a tough martensitic or austenitic matrix, depending on the specific alloy and heat treatment.

Applicable Conditions

Properties: The outstanding characteristic of chromium steel is its enhanced hardness, which has a high wear resistance advantage in applications where both manganese and martensitic steels wear faster.
Recommended for:

  • Secondary crushing of natural stone or river pebble
  •  When the feeding size is small
  • No unbreakable object

No just Chrome Steel!

In order to meet the customer’s demand for higher wear resistance and longer service life. We’ve developed new high-end chrome ceramic blow bars.

With the same working conditions, the service life of the newly designed blow bars can be increased by 150% ~ 300%.
