Qiming Casting has independently developed the proprietary TF Alloy Steel series, engineered exclusively for manufacturing high-performance gyratory crusher concave segments (also known as bowl liners) fully compatible with all major brands of primary gyratory crushers worldwide. Strictly compliant with international standards including EN 10293 and ASTM A532, our TF Alloy Steel range covers TF40 to TF70 full grades, precisely tailored to the differentiated working conditions of the 3-stage concave structure: high-toughness grades for upper intake liners to withstand extreme impact loads, balanced strength-toughness grades for middle chamber liners under combined impact and abrasion, and high-hardness high-chrome grades for bottom chamber liners to handle extreme abrasive conditions, ensuring uniform wear and optimized performance across the entire crushing chamber.
